Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.

All products are covered by our standard 6-month warranty to cover any manufacturing defects. Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear. Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded. Missing crystals are not classed as a manufacturing fault, and items with missing crystals outside the 14-day return policy but inside the 6-month warranty can be replaced free of charge, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The most accurate way to measure your ring size is to have your finger measured by a jeweller, however if you're unable to visit a jeweller, there are a couple of ways you can find an approximate measurement at home.

One way you can find your ring size is by measuring a well fitting ring you already own, with a ruler. To do this you will need to follow these simple steps:

1. Measure across the middle of your fitting ring with a ruler

2. Make a note of the internal diameter in MM

2. Match it against the 'inside diameter' column, on the chart below.

Another way you can measure your ring size at home (without an already fitting ring) is with a piece of string. To do this you will need to do the following:

1. Wrap a piece of paper or non-stretch string around your finger, close to the knuckle.

2. Place it next to a ruler and make a note of the length.

3. Match it against the approximate 'inside circumference' column, on the chart below

3. This is your rough size in mm.

Another factor to keep in mind when measuring your ring size is the width of the ring band you hope to wear. Generally, the wider the band, the tighter the fit will feel, even though the ring itself has the same inner diameter.  It is best to take your ring measurement with a ring sizer close to the width of your final ring, or contact your jeweller for more guidance when purchasing a ring with a wider band.
